The bulk of the interview questions seemed very vanilla retail questions. Customer service, "what would you do if...?" , etc. As annoying as it may seem, just answer the questions with cliche'd answers about "the customer is always right" and that sort of stuff and they will love it. Obviously mix in some common sense and you should get a job offer right there once they go check their rosters for an opening. (For me, I figured out that they wouldn't have called me in if they HADN'T had an opening.) OVERALL: If you seem like a normal person that treats people fairly and has decent people skills, and if they think that you'd be a "good face for the company," they'll hire you.
