I was interviewed by the manager, and had to answer questions regarding customer service, and personal character. The lady who interviewed me was very friendly, and outgoing. The questions she asked were easy to answer. After the interview, I had to spend about 2 hours in the office, for orientation on the computers. The interview was very simple and straightforward. The person interviewing me asked me very little about jewelry and more about my sales experience and my background. He told me there were two current Macy's employees that had first choice of the job at the fine jewelry counter if they wanted. I received a call back within a week for the position.
