Macy's Retail Sales Associate interview questions

It is a serious waste of time. If you know you are worth it, avoid this company. I walked in and waited for the interviewer who was very nice and kind. Right before we start the interview she tells me "we have no position available at this moment in this store, but we will do the interview and see what happens from there." What an insult correct me if I am wrong. So the interview was smooth an she continued mentioning how I faired very well but by the end she said I would be placed on a "bench" hoping something will open.. Let me tell you that it is ridiculous that they list infinite openings for retail in various locations and it turns out they are ghost positions. You waste an hour doing a personality assessment, gas, time and you just walk away with this experience. Make sure you double check if they have an actual tangible opening before you walk in there for nothing.. Good luck!
