A very comfortable and relaxed interview the questions are all designed to workout if you fit the role and have the skills to do the job. Being 1 1/2 hours long you need to be relaxed as if your not it could become quite intense.

Waste of time managers already made their mind up lots of poor questions and bad atmosphere. The company is a good fit for process people but not good fit for people people.
