Interview
I interviewed for a customers sales associate position at M&S. The first part of the interview was to read information about a product & make notes on it. You would then sit infront of the manager & try to sell this product to them while trying to upsell other products to them. Next part of the interview was a standard 1:1 interview where they would ask you the usual questions like Why M&S? & Can you name a time you was asked to change something & what was your reaction?

Interview
Informal, easy. More of a chat to be honest - we had a laugh and he asked me a few questions about prior experience, then a few questions about what I knew out the company and then about what I would change on the shop floor

Interview
First stage involved taking an simple online test to get an idea of your character and suitability to the job, upon successful completion you’re then invited to interview (a week after I took my test) Semi-formal interview lasting about 30-40
Minutes. Asked the generic questions (why do u want to work here, describe when you had an impact on others) Role play in which you’re given data on items (pricing, deals) and you have to help a costumer who has a problem ( need to be quick thinking and resourceful, also try to maximise sales).
