The marks and Spencer's interview involves you applying online and doing some standard questions. Once you pass you'll be given the option to book yourself in for an interview. On the day of your interview you will be expected to do a role play with one of the employees pretending to be a customer and another scoring you whilst the role play takes place. First you'll be given some cards and ten minutes to prep. The cards will contain some details of food and their price and whether or not they are in stock. You will have to memorize the ingredients as the person pretending to be a customer will ask you for particular ingredients . However, if you forget you'll always be to refer back to it . But I would recommended to limit that Moreover , after this if you pass you will then have a one to one with a manager . In my case I didn't have to because it was Christmas period , so they just offered me the job .
