After that they tell you if you pass then you have a 1 on 1 which they ask why m&s, customer assistant entails, your experience, the 4 i's of their principles and give examples

Initially went and the last candidate overran (i waited for 40 minutes extra) so my interview got moved to next week. Original interviewer wasn't available so a colleague performed it. They could not find the interview sheet so had to come up with questions on the spot and get my details again. I was a bit annoyed but I think the interview was okay.
