Marks & Spencer interview questions

The interview process at Marks & Spencer was simple and well structured, starting with an online application, followed by competency-based questions, and ending with a final discussion focused on values, teamwork, and overall skillset suitability.

Applied online and took the assessment. I was informed within 24 hours that I had an interview. I selected a date and time and this was confirmed. I arrived for my interview 10 mins beforehand. Followed the email instructions to ask a colleague for the sign in point. This all went smoothly and I was show to a waiting area. It got to 25 minutes past my interview time, no one showed up or updated me with what was going on. I understand employers can run late sometimes. I don’t think I’ve ever had an interview start bang on time! But 25 minute wait with no update is unacceptable. They clearly have no respect for anyone. It’s just rude.
