The interview process is very simple with typical questions: 1) Tell me about yourself. 2) Tell me a time when you overcome a challenge or struggle. 3) How do you define great customer service? 4) Tell me a time when you need to take ownership of your work. 5) what is your greatest achievement 6) why do want to join M&S?
1st stage: aptitude test
2nd stage: assessment center with group activity (marketing strategy and customer support)
Just right after assessment center, straight to interview room.

How have you provided good customer service
When was the last time in an internshipship or in any other employment that you've asked for feedback or that you received back from a manager or my colleague or even from a customer, and how would you think that's changed or enforced with a and how?
Could you tell me about a time when you took ownership to something, maybe even though nobody asked to like you weren that a little bit about and beyond?
Do you quite like it? Would you like knowing that you can action it yourself or do you prefer to get a more supported environment where you've got less responsibility?
Have you got an example of where something maybe has gone wrong and how you've dealt with it can be like, personal work or internship for anything?
What excite you most about being part of the food's team? Like how you mentioned the cookies, but is there any favourite cuisines or dishes that are special to you or anything that like means something when when you come in store?
What would you person do make sure that the customer's basket includes everything that they came in for and maybe a bit more as well?
