Marks & Spencer interview questions

I haven't been able get an interview yet. I was invited for an interview and a link was provided in the email in order for me to book a time slot. I clicked this link within minutes of receiving the email but it said there were not slots available. I have tried 3 different email address and several phone calls to try to sort this out onto to be sent around in circles. The original email said that due to the high demand, interview slots would be given on a first come first served basis, but given how quickly I responded, I cannot believe all the slots would have been taken already. I spoke to the complaints team and was advised to go to the store I had applied to in person to speak to a manager.

Easy interview process between 15-20 mins asked the questions they outlined in the original email which was what was three things in the store that could be improved and how you would intend to improve it.
