Marks & Spencer interview questions

Role play with a member of staff to test your communication abilities and how you act in a situation. Went through the steps to begin with the given 5 minutes to prepare and look over the details you might use e.g. about helping a customer look for a swimsuit etc. Then a non formal interview with a manager of the section you applied for and get asked questions about what you think a Marks employee should be like and the qualities they should have etc.

There was on online application , basic maths test and a personality test. After clearing those, I was then called for an interview. The line manager was very friendly and asked general questions. There was also a simulation situation as if I was servicing a customer and I was observed.
