Interview
It was a very friendly interview. I got an immediate feedback and everything seem to be nice. I was promised to speak with a Hiring Manager. Unfortunately, they never came back to me again and did not reply to my email. I found this rude! If they treat candidates like that I can just imagine how they treat their employees.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Very lengthy process. For me it was a total of 5 separate interviews and a field ride to get a feel for the job. Most interviews were very conversational not a bunch of STAR questions but I did my best to answer those ones that way where I felt they were looking for something with substance. Regional was by far the toughest I have ever done.
