Interview
I went through SWE's career fair prescan, so I got an interview after applying within about a week. The phone screen was basic questions about my resume and behavioral questions. The next round was with a person I would be working under directly, who asked me more questions about my resume, as well as STARR questions and some more soft skill questions (lots of interest in leadership abilities). I was a little miffed because my interviewer told me I shouldn't expect offers before I graduate, even though it clearly stated on my resume I planned to graduate next semester, so I did feel like it was slightly a timesink.
