After an initial screening, several candidates were called to interview at a hotel/conference center. The interview itself was no more than 1-2 hours. While I thought the interview went well, I did not advance to the next phase and received little feedback.

Went through my resume then went through a coding problem. The coding problem was fairly easy. I followed up with the recruiter and they said they get back to me but never did.

Applied online. Was contacted by recruiter by a phone screen followed by 2-3 rounds of about an hour each with the hiring manager and team members. Simple and fair interview process requiring STAR technique to answer to their behavioral questions. Never responded with a hiring decision and also do not reply to any follow-up emails
