Phone interview with hr personal to screen for the job. This was followed by a few hours of rotating 1 or 2 people at a time to interview in person. A small tour of the facility and lab was a good opportunity to learn and ask good questions
Second round of panel Interviews with a tour and a final meeting with the director. Everything was pretty straight foward. It was a good mix of people to ask questions and get a good idea of the position and it's requirements.
