Question 1
Most of the questions were about my prior work experiences, behavioral stuff, thought process. Very easy to answer on the fly, and that's saying something as I don't consider myself very good in interviews. It was very relaxed, the people I met with made me feel very comfortable. Definitely different here in CO vs the east coast. Only 1 technical question, which was how I would annotate a drawing for a true position GD&T, very simple.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Cal Poly SLO, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
On Campus interview and then 3-4 weeks later I got an email about a phone interview, was a 30 minute interview. The on campus interview was purely behavioral, it took them a lot longer than they said to get back to me for the 2nd interview so just be patient.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First interview was purely behavioral- STAR, make sure to talk about the history of the company. They want to see how you would fit with the company. Second interview asked more about my projects and questions to provoke critical thinking and seeing how fast you can think on your feet. Had to answer questions such as how would I test a product/ how would I manufacture.
