I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2021
Interview
Application online, correspondence with the talent acquisition department, typing test and multiple choice quiz. Once you complete these steps and they decide you're qualified they will send an email for you to pick a time for the interview. One virtual interview was all they asked for before they make decisions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Lengthy, very lengthy. Met 8 team members, spoke with 4 more on the phone. The entire process took 2 months. Everyone was nice and spoke highly of the Mgr. and the work environment.
