Medtronic interview questions

Two round interviews plus one initial screening interview by recruiter. First interview based on standard competency based questions; second round presentation based on past experience; all done via webex with HR + Hiring Manger

Lengthy hiring process, they want to ensure they get quality recruits. I met with several region managers and two sales reps. The RM's asked behavioral and 'what if' questions, as well as questions on my experience. With sales reps we reviewed what an average day looked like, and completed a fake sales pitch over the phone.
