Medtronic interview questions

Easy interview, normal cliche questions. Very fast callback, i interviewed and they called me two days letter with offer in hand. I think they were in dire need. They also interviewed 2 of my friends and all 3 got the internship and offer in the same day. It has been my favorite hiring process to date

Multiple single interviews with different people from various positions. Interview took 8 hours including lunch. Seemed like amateur hour where people were not prepared, had not looked at my resume, or multi-tasked while interviewing me. Everyone asked the same questions but not technically relevant. Was very disappointing and I expected more professionalism.
