I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Spring, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied online via Medtronic's website. HR scheduled a screening call/interview. Then an phone interview with the Hiring Manager was arranged. The Hiring Manager and I spoke for about an hour. I explained my resume in depth. I was scheduled to interview with four more people in Mansfield but it was changed due to the snow. So I spent 4+ hours on the phone interviewing with each individual. After 2 weeks, I emailed the hiring Manager and he said all communications will come from HR. Two weeks later I contacted HR again and was informed they decided to pursue another candidate. No explanation on where I ranked in the final candidates, no constructive feedback despite requesting it. I expected a more professional response from Medtronic.
