Medtronic interview questions

I had a screening phone interview asking about my background, explaining Medtronic background and a more specific job description. After the phone interview, I was selected for a final round in-person panel interview. The final round interview questions were all S.T.A.R format questions. I was eventually "eliminated from consideration for being nervous" in final interview.

I applied in a job fair. After a month they called me and invited to have an interview in their company HQ in Milan. I had the interview with a psychologist together with the manager of the business unit. The selection process was composed of only one interview. After a couple of weeks from the interview they sent the email to confirm/reject the candidate (in my case I did not get the job).
