I applied in a job fair. After a month they called me and invited to have an interview in their company HQ in Milan. I had the interview with a psychologist together with the manager of the business unit. The selection process was composed of only one interview. After a couple of weeks from the interview they sent the email to confirm/reject the candidate (in my case I did not get the job).
