I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Danvers, MA) in Jul 2015
Interview
My online application was followed by an email survey screen a month later. This was about a twenty question survey, mostly dealing with personality traits and self-assessment questions (What would you say is your best trait? Worst?). A month later I was contacted to do a phone interview, which was pretty standard. The on-site interview was a week later. I met with 5 engineering managers for 30 minutes each. Didn't receive a call after the on site interview (though they said they'd call back either way).

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Medtronic (Mansfield, MA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I have had 3 interviews so far, but all of them with HR folks. The 2nd interview felt like a standard format questions that they ask to all candidates. Some of the questions were not even related to the job that I was applying for, so that took me off guard. Like "How many years of experience do you have in "Business Development" The job description never said anything about Business Dev. When I ask for clarification for one of the question, she just jumped to the next question and didn't answer me.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Medtronic (Northridge, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Hired through recruiting service- initial phone interview, and 2 in-person interviews. The first interview was with a member of the Start Right team and the second interview was with the senior manager of the team. The interview was based on your prior experiences and how those relate to the Start Right representative position. The key to this position is having a passion for patient care and effectively communicating your interest in healthcare.
