Medtronic interview questions

Emailed a questionnaire document to fill out with very general questions. Contacted by someone via email to set up an interview. No phone interview. Met in person, offered a position on the spot.

For my experience it was a long interview process. Four interviews completed the process, one of them was a panel interview. No communication for the interview results were provided. I kept following up the position and they informed me that the position was hold.
