Took about a week to get a virtual link to pick a time for a phone interview with the recruiter. Phone interview was 30 minutes. Basic questions about what you’re seeking, your desired compensation, and why you’re interested in the role. Once that is done, they send you a link about a week later to let you know if you pass to go onto a virtual Teams meeting with the hiring team. I met with the senior analyst and the program manager for 45 minutes. It is all STAR method questions, so be prepare. Felt like I was in an interrogation room and I’ve been practicing for a whole month! Later that same day, I also had a virtual meeting with the manager and another senior analyst on the team. Also 45 minutes. They only want “I” answers for their questions on their scenarios. Plan lots of answers because these questions are not basic interview questions that you can Google. I didn’t think I got the job since they didn’t smile much but the next day, recruiter called me and gave me a job offer. I was shocked. By far, the hardest interview I’ve ever had up to date! Once I accepted the offer, the recruiter sends you a link to do your drug test and background check. The whole entire process took about a month.
