Medtronic interview questions

Medtronic uses a 2-3 step panel interview process. Questions are selected from a pool of questions centering around the requirements of the role. Generally, the questions ask you to provide an example of when you did something, ie “ give me an example of when you exceeded customer expectations. Tell me what the situation was, what you did, and the result”
