An interview with the hiring manager followed a recruiter screener interview. It was a normal process, and the interviewers were casual and kind.
I was interested in the role and felt I would be a good fit. However, I think I had less medical technology experience than they would have liked. I don't know why I wasn't moved forward, as there was no communication after the manager's interview.
