Medtronic interview questions

Very short and not thorough. Felt forced, they had definitely already completed the hire within and wasted time interviewing people. They didn’t even go into my prior work history and experience that was pertinent to the job.

An interview with the hiring manager followed a recruiter screener interview. It was a normal process, and the interviewers were casual and kind. I was interested in the role and felt I would be a good fit. However, I think I had less medical technology experience than they would have liked. I don't know why I wasn't moved forward, as there was no communication after the manager's interview.
