Medtronic Sales Representative interview questions

The interview included situational behavior style questions. It took around 60 minutes to complete with the first half general conversation and the second half situational questions. Interviewer was very personable.

Lengthy but thorough. Call with recruiter who asked all of the background and experience detail and 2 in-person interviews. Met with the DM and one of the reps and it was very much a back and forth conversation which allowed us to get to know each other better. Typical behavioral interview. Second interview was with DM and AD- this was more “interview-like” with all of the tough questions. Lots of follow-up in-between interviews. Process took about 3 months
