If you get to this next stage, you are through to the group session. This is an opportunity to showcase your management skills, your presentation skills and ability to wok in a team.
Those successful at the Group session will attend an individual interview. This is a panel style with the management team. Your CV will be run through with a fine tooth comb and your aptitude towards teach ability, sales skills and management potential will be evaluated in the context of the companies culture.
