-Phone interview which ran through your resume and application. No sweat. If they like you, they will immediately invite you to their open house or group interview. If you aren't invited immediately, you either botched the interveiw and you will not progress, or you were mediocre among the other candidates and they will do an internal process of elimination. Usually, the interviewer will have another manager listening into the call.
-Group Interview with several candidates. They run you through the company inside and out. You will do some group activities (debate facebook vs twitter, pitch a hobby of yours to everyone). If you dominate the conversation and appear to be the most outgoing, you will likely be chosen for the in-person interview.
-In-person interview. You are interviewed by 5 Meltwater employees (all managers, managing director, and area director. The interviewers will very much play the role of good cop, bad cop and the bad cop tries to crack you. They ask you a plethora of questions about you and why you like sales, they tell you about how tough the position is. Mid-way through the interview they will perform several mock calls.
