Interview process entailed a phone interview asking about my previous work history, interest in the company and the role as well as understanding of the industry. I was then invited to a group interview with 10 or so people, with a 3 person panel. We were asked to complete tasks such as group presentations, testing our team work and presenting individually on a topic of our choice, We were also asked to vote on who we would like as our manager from the group of interviewees. Was then invited to an individual interview with the same panel, where I was asked to simulate sales calls. They also asked very pervasive and challenging questions, and it was hard to tell whether the interview was a success, which ultimately it was. They also simulated management skills and gave feedback on all these.
