Interview Process had 5 rounds.
1 - Call with HR (Asks basic computer networking questions along with some customer based questions)
2 - Technical Round Webex (Asks to Troubleshoot a given topology - Have to walk them through with proper methodology)
3 - Writing Assessment (Write an email to Customer - Basically they check how you will respond to the customer)
4 - Technical Round (Same as the 2nd but there will be more issues in the topology to resolve/troubleshoot)
5 - Onsite Interview (Motivational and Coachability - Asks to demonstrate
- If you have come across any difficult situation at previous organization
- How did you react to it
- Clash of ideas with colleagues and how did you handle it.
Sad Part is if you haven't really faced such situations, they reject you! Better create fake scenarios to impress the managers.
