The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki in Jun 2017
Interview
Interview took 3 weeks. The recruiter got in touch with me. Had a couple of telephonic technical interviews. They are very particular about what they want. They are very professional. There was a presentation which I had to give following which there were a 4 rounds of technical rounds which ended with an Interview with the CTO. There was also a lunch which is usually an interview and not really culture fit and stuff.
HR was great, interviewers were great. I don't know how I could have done the interview better. But as I said they are very particular on what they are looking for. After 1.5 months of my interview, the position is still open. I would recommend them but just know, there is some level of hierarchy involved at this company but the work place is really amazing with great people and great culture. You will be working in a very very small group and might not learn a lot. If you are a really passionate IOS developer who wants to work on iOS native apps, this place is definitely not for you. If you are an all rounder, who wants to do a whole lot of different things like react and less of native development, this place is for you.
