Applied online and was contacted in about a week by the recruiting team for a phone screening. Was emailed, I believe, the same day to setup a WebEx interview (I lived out of state) later in the week. Interview took about 2 hours and was broken into 4 separate interviews; First with the team lead and manager, next with the manager of another operations department, then the head of shipping and finally the VP of Operations.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was reached out about a Salesforce Dev position. I was never sent me the full JD, though I've asked twice.
It was a simple phone screen where I was asked about a description of myself and my experiences with end users, I do give a brief description and later on, start asking some technical questions to understand what technologies they are working on and to get an idea as to how they handle things as a team.
The recruiter doesn't know much about it and I didn't have any other questions being a developer. The next day she comes back to me and says the team assessed me based on my phone screen and doesn't want to go forward with my application.
The part I find amusing is that they don't do a technical interview for a developer and start assessing based on a phone screen where no technical questions were asked.
Maybe a good company but has the worst recruiters.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I received a call from HR and was asked a few introductory questions. Pretty standard stuff like how did you hear about us, take me through your resume. I didn't progress past the first phone screen.
