I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
First call was with a recruiter that informed me about the company, the role and the team.
Continued to ask questions about my resume, my reason for pursuing a career in sales, why this company and about my greatest strengths.
Second was a call with Hiring Manager that asked similar questions but also some more questions about the products and what makes their offering unique.Sales recruiter gave good prep for this interview.
There was then 5 interviews with different people covering different aspects. Relationship building, sales proficiency, technical aptitude, cultural fit and coachability and one more with the hiring manager that was a little bit of everything.
The interviews were relaxed and was asked questions about my background, my reasons for applying for the job but also some more about specific experiences and how I handled them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Two Phone interviews, coder pad tool and multiple good C questions. Easy and friendly engineers. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes. Good thing about coderpad tool is it highlights like a editor and lets you run the code. Better than whiteboarding or white document-no-editor type online tool
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Meraki
Interview
The first interview was a phone screen with two programming questions. I used Python. They sent me a CoderPad link for the interview, which allowed the interviewer to look at my code, and modify it or comment on it if required. The questions were followed by a standard "do you have any questions for me" type conversation.
