Contacted by Linkedin. First interview with HR (general questions), followed by an essay exam about Facebook. Second interview with Market Specialist (general and two technical questions. Third interview with 3 people - market knowledge, problem-solving questions, motivation questions.

Interview
The interview process started with phone interview. However it was very disappointing to hear Facebook has appointed someone with a POOR level of English to do the hiring. The recruiter's English I can safely say is on a low B1 level and there are many words that me, a native English speaker could not understand.
Please appoint someone who can actually communicate well to do the hiring!
In the end, I was rejected on the first round, despite meeting all the requirements.

Interview
1. Phone screening call with recruiter - you can choose the date / time
2. Writing assessment about designated topic - after 1st call you will receive the assessment and should submit within 48 hours
3. Video call interview with senior employee - after pass the assessment you will be noticed the date and time for the video interview
