Meta Market Specialist interview questions

In the recruiter and team member interviews in the beginning, they keep asking the same questions, questions not about you but the market. In the last three back to back interviews with team lead and other team members, they start asking questions about you and why you are interested in the job.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I first did a writing test in the language of the role I'm applying which is Japanese. and then I did a phone interview.
