One of the HR team sent a message on LinkedIn mentioning the position. Then I shared my e-mail and the interview process started. In the first stage, I was asked to write an essay in my mother tongue for one of the topics they gave. Shortly after I shared this, I received an e-mail for the next step. However, since some health issues at that time, I had to end the process before I could take the next step. A few months later, someone else from the HR team wrote again and said that they wanted to complete the previous interview process. I had to cancel again because I had no chance of relocating anymore. We were not able to progress, but I can say that they have a professional and friendly HR policy at the same time.

Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews consecutively. 10 mins in between each. One of them requires quite a lot of technical questions that I wasn't fully prepared for. Questions were phrased in a bit weird way or perhaps I just don't understand. Tried to ask for clarification but wasn't different really from the original one... a bit confusing
Lengthy process. Be prepared for case studies questions. Use SMART framework. Every question will assess your cultural work background and technical background. Ask for more clarity if you don’t understand a question think about it through the role
