I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meta (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2021
Interview
3 month long process and then no follow up. The interviews were all about an hour and detailed. The recruiter was very touch and go. The express draining and tedious.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX)
Interview
Long interview process. I had 5 in total.
Basic questions mostly behavioral. One case study about online safety & how I would mitigate risk
Nice interviewers very considerate and accommodating
Have project examples ready

Tell me about a project that you managed
I applied online. I interviewed at Meta (Singapur)
Interview
Very lengthy and repetitive even (at the individual interview with 1 of the team member whom I met again in the loop interview, asking basically the SAME questions again...)
So 1 screening call, 1-2 individual interview, 1 loop interview including 3 round interview.
1 of the interviewer in the loop interview wasn't even well trained for interviewing people. I'm not sure if she understands what she herself is asking because it seems like she did not read my CV at all :)
In the end, I received a rejection email after month long interview which wasn't even addressed to me (wrong name) and of a different location too (basically, copy paste, can't even bother to change to the correct recipient). And this happens AFTER loop interview, after they have asked for my proof of previous salary :)

Question 1
Can't remember, just very repetitive like "what are the issues with Vietnam market, social media related and governmental wise?" - both time.
