This is regarding the two times I interviewed with Meta.
First, I made it all the way to the final round and they ghosted me. I had to reach out to another recruiter to finally get a boilerplate rejection many months later.

The second time and a few years later, the recruiter reached out to me multiple times for an interview. During our phone screen, they were late to the call and sped through it. The prep Q&A zoom I scheduled didn't happen, even though I moved around my calendar to attend.
During the initial interviews with the app critique and past work rounds, the first interviewer was more than ten minutes late and didn't allow me to choose an app I used often (which was an option I had the first time I interviewed). The next interviewer seemed to not be paying attention.
Spent 20+ hours preparing and crafting my deck. Next day, received a boilerplate rejection stating that they didn't have any feedback available for me.
All in all, felt that I was just a DEI number to put under the recruiter's belt.
