I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in May 2021
Interview
Referred by current employee for several relevant positions, did not get chosen for any of them, received an email from some on the people team offering an informational interview to help me "better prepare" for a successful hiring process at Facebook.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Seattle, WA) in May 2021
Interview
1. I applied online for another role (still PMM), got the interview but didn't get the offer. Another recruiter got my resume and wanted to interview me for this role.
2. Screen call with recruiter
3. Interview with HM
4. Loop - 4 interviews (45-min)
5. Offer
The process was pretty fast and easy, I loved the recruiter and the hiring manager. I ended up signing an offer with another company because of the product I was going to work with, but it was a HARD decision. Facebook pays extremely well and seemed like a wonderful place to work for.
