I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and set up a call. First call was straightforward and I progressed to next round for Product Sense and Execution interviews which were back to back via zoom.
It took the recruiter just under a week to get back to me after that. I didn't receive an offer, and Meta refuse to give feedback. Whilst the experience was ok, it was a complete waste of my time as they didn't give me any idea on what I should work on for subsequent job applications.
This has put me off from applying to Meta in future, or bothering with their recruiters should one of them get in touch with me again.

Question 1
Product Sense: Build a Handy Person app for Facebook
Execution: Set a goal for Messenger Rooms
Very process based. First round doesn't ask you about your experience; just product execution questions and product strategy with open ended questions. Definitely would recommend 2+ weeks to get practice interviews under belt
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta in Jan 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out, then invitations to prep webinars and product sense and execution interviewed. Took about 2 months from start to finish. I participated in the webinars and studied online. Came prepped with a template to remind me of FB vision, mission, core values. Reading the other comments on this site - did not watch YouTube or product alliance for how to answer questions (maybe should have?).
