I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The process is as they describe it. You have 2 rounds of Product Sense and Execution interviews and a Leadership and Drive in the second round. You need to practice the structure of how to answer the PS and E questions. Since I was applying to a specific position I also had an interview with my Hiring Manager to probe my experience in my specific area. Everyone was pretty nice. I requested an additional chat with the actual team I’d be working with as none of the interviewers would have been on my team except the HM.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Two rounds the first technical then more behavioral for the second.
First round was focusing on network architecture and I was asked to design a system for deployment in India then how to respond to failures using CDNs.
Second round was focused on hypothetical situations on leadership, going over my past experience, and how I have led a team or dealt with deadlines.
Overall pretty straight forward and a pleasant experience.

Interview
I had a pretty good experience with the team interview. It is relatively easy and straightforward. I would recommend anyone to apply. It is much better than I expected. Thank you
