Technical phone screening is about past program management experiences and some very high-level sys design ques to assess the fit. Full loop is hard technical with complex sytems and qna; was asked what update would I bring next to Whatsapp, what would you do to increase Meta business suite's adoption rate in developing markets - all of this with follow up ques and discussions (interviewer was very welcoming) Rest is program sense, cross functional team collaboration and partnership (recruiter mentioned they weigh heavy on this as well), leadership and culture. If you know someone at Meta, understand how they work. I didn't know anyone so did mocks on Prepfully with a Meta coach. Found it a little expensive earlier but I loved it and did 2 more sessions with the same coach - turned out to be very very useful! Received the offer in about 2 weeks and negotiated a bit on TC to match the expectations. Overall people are friendly and the process was smooth.
