Phone interview, Skype interview, Online Tests, Online video tests, finally a full day On-site with other applicants doing several interviews and tasks. The process was long and pretty hard but as long as you over-prepare for every instance you should be fine.

Flew out to Texas for 2 back to back Interviews. Mostly behavioral questions and asking why you want to work at Microsoft. Interviewers were very friendly and just wanted to know your background and how well you would work on a team with other Microsoft employees.
