Microsoft Customer Success Manager interview questions

4 interviews in total, 1 fairly simple technical interview about Microsoft Cloud, 1 behavioral interview. It was easy because my past experiences matched their expectation for the job. Try to show technical curiosity, they are looking for technical personnality for this position. Be carefull about the salary negociation, Microsoft Dublin tends to have a low range of salary compared to other competitive company. Dublin is an expensive city. Think about your base salary and the bonus on top of it and stock options. Always negociate higher than what you expect because the job is demanding and you will regret it.
