Microsoft Engineering Manager interview questions

Initial screening with another manager plus an on-site with 3 other discussions. Not very technical, mostly focused on understanding my experience as a manager. Interviewers looked rather bored and didn't make an effort to engage.

4 interview stages with three managers. First with hiring manager, then technical, then behavioural and then with another manager again. process took about 3 weeks recruiter stayed in touch throughout. Then radio silence and never heard another word
