I applied online. I interviewed at Microsoft in Oct 2020
Interview
Phone Interview went well, asked behavioral and resume questions, the recruiter was very kind and we had a lot in common. Felt great about the call, even if some of the questions made me pause a bit.

Question 1
If you could explain a computer to a five year old, what would you say?
Got contacted per email, behavioural interview was set up per Skype. The interviewer was very nice and calm. She didn't really look at me while I was talking because she was writing stuff down, but it was mostly OK.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied online and received an invitation for a phone screen a few days later.
The screen call with a recruiter was about 30 minutes and I was asked a mostly behavioral questions (team conflict) as well as a couple of design questions (ex. design a phonebook).
The final round, which took place about a month after the phone screen, was two remote 45 minute interviews through a platform similar to Leetcode. I had two technical interviews where I was asked to tell about myself, about projects on my CV and to solve a coding question.
