Microsoft CSAM - Customer Success Account Manager interview questions

one phone call with a CSAM, and one loop interview with 3 professionals. Terrible, the first phone call i have was not a recruiter or a HR, is a dude working at MSFT for over 20 years and he did not introduce himself at all, literally asked him at the Q&A and he shared he is a CSAM...When I asked when should i expect for the next step, he was like "I should have a answer for you but I actually don't know." The loop interview is even crazier... It was set for 45 mins each, the last two interviewers who were CSAM are fine, but the first dude told me it's his first time being a interviewer, asking me questions for 12 minutes and it's done. Can you believe that? So I asked him some clarifying questions and asked about the jobs and we ended the interview like 26 mins. I was too stunt to even say anything.
