Microsoft Senior Software Engineer interview questions

After passing the technical assessment, I was invited for the virtual interview, where I had interviews with four different people. First interview was designing questions, second and third interviews were code centric, and last session was less technical and more behavioral questions. Interviewers were nice and encouraging when you face difficulty or stuck with some questions. I hope I was better prepared for the design question.

You get a call from employees/HR for a screening round, thts a phone screening. Mostly problem solving one or 2 questions are given. Your enthusiasm, your knowledge about current work, communication skills also verified. once you clear above you get a schedule request for full loop which has 4 more rounds. The rounds start with typical porblem solving to designing a new software. Make sure scale and performance is considered.
