Microsoft Software Developer Internship interview questions

The online test was performed by www.codility.com and concluded of 3 questions. The interview wasn't really technical, but I was asked to try and explain the concept of recursion as if I was talking to a 6 year old (at least for me it was the toughest part of the interview... :/) along the interview I was also asked to try and solve a number of not difficult riddles.
